Standard turnaround between tenants. Cylinder swap on every external door, new keys cut, old keys retained or destroyed on request.
10+ flats in one block? We schedule a half- or full-day visit, work to your void calendar, and price per-door at trade rates.
Designed and installed across a block: caretaker / management master, sub-masters per stair core, individual keys per flat. Properly mapped, properly recorded.
Empty between tenants? Anti-snap upgrade, additional sashlocks, board-up of vulnerable openings, or temporary master-keyed cylinders for contractor access.
Front entrances, fire doors, plant rooms, refuse stores. Closer service, electric strike fitting, fob-system maintenance, BS-rated locks for compliance.

Trade rates apply to active accounts. We'll send a fixed-price quote per job before attending unless you've pre-authorised standing services in your account agreement.

No. We don't hold customer keys at our base — standard industry practice for security and liability reasons. Keys are couriered or collected on the day, returned or handed to the tenant on completion.
